The series "The Last Kingdom" is a  blockbuster, as the book of Bernard Cornwell depicts history larger than life.  Thank you for the actors, staff and production who worked hard for us/viewers to enjoy watching and think about passion, honor and fate.  The good values, as well, cannot tarnish any man of his faith, if for love of humanity.  We saw how leaders and people pray earnestly, how some monks are made to choose paths, how the heathen become good at heart and about courage to realize an oath.  Blessed days ahead for everyone! Oh, yes, I'm a fan of Uhtred and everyone there, and of course, Cornwell!    Yay!

I was wondering about the cathedral.. In a sad story of lashing, hanging, and punishment I still can't stop watching because of the church's luster.  Indeed, the narration in the end, was touching and in depth with the Mother's love, the Mother of the Sea, the Virgin Mary, your mother and mine.

Lessons about treachery and word of honor is clear enough.  If  all of us can just be honest, what a wonderful world we could have.  But then, there is gold, and silver, and diamonds....Yet, let us all try to be honest.
